One thing most men overlook when stocking up on items is feminine hygiene products. That monthly visitor isn't going away once TSHTF! If one had a huge stock of such items they would be making some mighty fine trades in the barter economy.

I would think that booze and smokes would follow as good barter items , shoes , clothing for the kids, and ammo , food would all be high demand items............
