Well new year, new determination. I picked up 4 more 55 gallon water barrels this evening, along with 2 steel bbls with sealing lid. Will place and fill in the next week or so, and plan on putting gear and clothing in the sealed drums. With the 2012 hype, if THEY are ever going to do something, I figure 2012 will get the blame, so game on. Some pretty good deals on ammo in bulk online, so time to stock up.

I consider coffee one of the best barter items, especially that which is sealed in cans. Wife was at Chinamart yesterday and found 9 cans (13-oz) marked down to $1.75 each. Now part of our barter back-stock.
