I'm slowly getting into canning finally.
So far I've obtained a few flats of canning jars and a water bath canner for quart bottles. I'm looking for a pressure canner for doing the low acid canning but haven't found any in any of the stores I've visited, I'll just get it online somewhere.
I'll be going to the farmer's markets for my produce to start since I didn't get a garden started this season, too much bloody employment I had to tend to.
I expect I'll have a garden growing next spring, my buddy is giving me a roto-tiller that needs a little work done to get it running. I do small engine repair because I have to to keep the lawn gear operational and shops cost more than I like to spend.
